Subscription Terms
Sepia Software LLC · Last updated 2 August 2026
Several Sepia Software LLC apps offer an optional auto-renewing subscription, usually called Premium or Pro. A subscription unlocks that app's paid features — which vary by app, and typically include removing advertising and unlocking the app's full content or functionality — for as long as it remains active.
Length and price
Subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly and yearly terms, depending on the app. Each renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Prices vary by app and by country. The exact price, the length of the period, and the length of any free trial are always shown in the app on the purchase screen, and confirmed by Apple before you are charged. Nothing is charged until you confirm the purchase.
How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown for the renewal.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period to avoid being charged. Cancellation takes effect the day after the last day of the current period, and the app returns to its free tier.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must turn off auto-renewal as described above.
Managing or cancelling
Your subscription is billed by Apple, so it is managed on your device:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select the app, then change or cancel the plan.
Refunds
Apple processes all payments, so Apple issues refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple declines and you think there has been a mistake, email us and we will help where we can.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall an app or move to a new device, open the app's upgrade or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple Account you originally purchased with.
